Mega Hotel Sdn Bhd

The room was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The location was spot‑on, close to all the places I wanted to visit. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout. I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient stay, and I’m already looking forward to returning. The only thing that could use a tweak is breakfast: the quality was decent but the variety was limited, so more options would be great for guests staying multiple days.

the location is at the centre. i booked the room with 1 single and 1 double bed. i even call the hotel before coming just to confirm. however as we got there, it only 2 single bed. the toilet has a really bad suffocating smell. the housekeeping come after an hour of waiting. they are unable to change room due to fully book. disappointed. and the next day, we ask for more mineral water, also didnt come. very disappointed bcs this hotel used to be our fav

“Good but can be much better”

The lift service needs improvement; we were left feeling like a crown in the lift.

“room is clean”

The facilities were good, but the place itself left something to be desired.

I like money… I like this hotel, by the way. No money… funny or not… hahaha.
