The hosts were very attentive and the location was great, but the external parking could use some improvement.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was simple yet tasty. However, the facilities urgently need maintenance; our room was awful. The door of room n5 opened onto the patio, and it was a double door that barely closed, as if it had been forced open, offering no security. The room had no windows except that door, and because it faced the patio where people moved around, we had to keep it shut the whole time. The bathroom had mold stains on the walls and in the shower, the sink leaked and flooded the whole bathroom, the TV wouldn’t turn on with the remote and had to be lifted to switch it on and off, the air conditioning worked only when it wanted to, and on the last day we had insect problems.

The pool was nice, but the room had a strong mold smell and the pillows were also odorous. The bathroom basin was completely broken.
