The location, the pleasant entrance with music, the quiet and intimate hotel – everything was good, but the bathrooms were see‑through.
The hotel is pleasant, clean, comfortable, quiet and intimate. This isn’t our first stay, nor will it be our last. We’re always happy to return. The reception service is excellent. The hotel is clean. It has a very convenient parking lot right next to it. The roof terrace offers a great view of the gardens. There’s a coffee and tea station and even house wine and pickles :-) 24/7.
The welcome was eye‑opening, the care, the tips, the location, the mix of old and new buildings, the calm and tranquility the place radiates, the design and the art in the hotel – all of it is wonderful. The only thing I’d change is to make the classic room a little bigger.

The location and the staff at the front desk on Friday afternoon were lovely and eager to help, but the shower and toilet were the worst part – there’s virtually no privacy because the toilet door is about as effective as the shower curtain, you just close it and everyone can hear everything, which was the most bizarre thing I’ve encountered in a hotel. At times the card didn’t open the gates on Friday night; we came back from the parking lot and the card wouldn’t work, and there was nobody at reception from about 8 pm until the morning on Saturday at 10 am when we checked out, and the courtyard was untidy.
