Der Spielbereich war sehr schön. Es gab keine Schiebetüren. Die Türen waren für die Kinder schwer aufzubekommen.

The staff were very friendly, the restaurant/bar was lovely and the room was spacious with a big balcony; however, the room was a bit dusty, diapers were only available at reception, and the buffet selection could have been larger.

From a family perspective, everything at this hotel is geared toward making life easier for parents with young kids. All the necessary items are provided, and there's even a special room for baby meals. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and our son was thrilled to have his own space inside it. The food was excellent. We’re used to having dinner served at the table in this type of hotel, but we liked that it was a buffet here because it cuts down on waiting time, and the quality of the products was very good with varied menus. The staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating. There’s plenty to keep children entertained in any weather with the pool, indoor play area, and mini‑club where adults can also play with their kids. That’s not common everywhere, and it was very nice. A Kinderland is a 10‑minute walk from the hotel where kids can ski or sled, and the ski‑rental shop is also close by. The hotel has a heated room for storing ski gear with a secure locker for each room. It’s a perfect family hotel and we’ve already decided to come back next year. Thanks for this excellent stay. The only issue was the magician’s show at night, which was really loud and our dinner table was right next to it. With a dog that doesn’t like noise and a newborn sleeping in the stroller who was woken up by the sound, we couldn’t enjoy our dinner that evening and had to rush back to our room.
