The location is amazing, surrounded by woods and mountains, with a stunning view, silence, and peace. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and the terraces add extra value. The property offers many amenities: a bar, a restaurant, a spa, a game room, a gym, an elevator, and disability access. The building feels a bit dated and neglected overall, but still okay; it could shine if better maintained. Staff sometimes seem annoyed by requests, the restaurant is a bit pricey, and common area cleanliness—like in the game room—needs improvement.

The view around the hotel was nice, but the Wi‑Fi didn't work in the room, the bathroom was outdated, the dryer was broken, there was no air conditioning, and the neighbor noise was annoying.
