“Incredibly charming getaway to small town Italy with fantastic staff.”
The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were beautiful, the location was great—maybe my favorite hotel stay ever—yet there are no screens on the doors for airflow or any way to cool the rooms.
The food was excellent, but there is no air conditioning.
