Location is near to railway station. No water was available in the pipe. I held up 20 minutes in the wash room. No response from the front office desk while I called in the extension number. I called in the mobile number. In the first call, they don't respond to my call. But they revert the call and solve the technical issue. Surprised me that there was no proper maintenance.

Location and Stay. Staff bluntly refusing for early check-in and rooms were not ready even at 1.00pm made me wait till 1.30pm

The hotel sits right in the city center, just a stone's throw from the railway station, KSRCT, and the private bus stands, making it great value for money. The staff are very professional and courteous, especially the lady manager. Parking is big and huge. Breakfast is okay. Rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained, though the bathrooms could use some improvement. Wifi is decent. The building is old but has been well refurbished.

The room was fine, but the bathroom was a different story - it was in pretty poor shape and didn't feel like it was worth the price we paid. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I wouldn't say it was particularly impressive.
