The location was great and the service was excellent.

The room was clean, the lighting was good, there was an iron in the room, and the shower was nice. The elevator didn’t stop on the hotel floor, but the staff carried our luggage for us.

Everything was fine. The service was excellent and always super friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect. No doubt I’ll stay there again on my next visit to Rome.
