The staff was very nice. They had great tips for exploring the area with a dog. The location, nature and hidden beautiful paths around the corner (thanks again for the suggestions 😉), the food 😋 and Chewy 🐾 loved the elevator and the view from the French balcony.

The staff were very friendly and offered useful hiking tips, the breakfast was excellent, the hotel offered a wide range of activities, and the scenery was beautiful.

The hotel was stunning, the pool and spa were fantastic, the views were breathtaking, and the service was outstanding.

We chose the hotel for a mother‑daughter weekend; the staff were warm and attentive, always ready to listen to any concerns. Even though we arrived early, we were able to check in before the usual time. The restaurant food was superb, the breakfast buffet had a great selection, was thoughtfully presented, and was always refilled so every guest had access to everything. We’ll definitely return. There are no complaints to add.

The food was very good, the staff were friendly, and the hotel’s location was ideal—just a short walk to Ochsenkopf. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and overall we were very satisfied and excited. The photo shown was taken from Ochsenkopf.
