My stay at this hotel was a resounding success, thanks to its excellent location and comfortable accommodations. The hotel's proximity to the main complex made it easy to access all the amenities, and the rooms were clean and well-appointed. I had no complaints during my stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

I was thoroughly impressed with this lodge, which offered stunning views of the lakes and castle. The modern and clean accommodations were perfect for my family of six, and the hot tub was a wonderful bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Tracey, who sorted out our guest passes and answered all our questions efficiently. However, I did notice that the cutlery and crockery were not clean, which was a minor issue that we were able to rectify by washing them ourselves.

I was pleased with our stay at this caravan, which offered everything we needed and was clean and conveniently located. We were also able to enjoy the nearby jets taking off, which added to the excitement of our stay. The only reason I wouldn't give this caravan a full five stars is that I didn't have any major complaints, but I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I was appalled by the appalling customer service at this establishment. Upon arrival, we were blindsided by an unexpected charge of £130 to access facilities, which we were not informed about beforehand. To make matters worse, the owner hounded us with threatening phone calls after we left, claiming that we had left the towels wet. As two responsible and hardworking single mothers, we were shocked by the owner's behavior and felt harassed.
