The staff was a genuine pleasure to have around, very polite and cheerful, always offering pleasant greetings. My mattress was partially collapsed, as if a very heavy person had permanently crushed it, making sleeping very awkward.

The location was great. The breakfast could use an addition.

The staff were friendly and professional. I stayed on the first floor near the kitchen, and during breakfast the smell of burnt toast would fill the room.
