I was pleasantly surprised by how brand‑new the bathroom felt and the beds were super comfortable; the host was very friendly, even though we booked the room late. The breakfast was good, but there’s still room for improvement.

The location is convenient for exploring Modena with a great value, the room was spacious and clean, and in our case it faced the back so the nearby highway was inaudible; breakfast was good, and the host was friendly and helpful. I’d only suggest a bright sign at the gate because the entrance isn’t visible at night.
