The hotel was very nice. I had some problems with the cleanliness of the room. The first room that they’ve suggested was not clean. Mr. Kerem at the reception helped me to change with the clean room. I enjoyed my stay

The place was central. There was a bad smell coming from the plumbing.

The location was very good. I had a room on the 5th floor right next to the restaurant and a kitchen system kept me awake all night.

The hotel looks gorgeous and the receptionists are very kind and helpful. However, the daily housekeeping could improve because I found litter in my room, and the pillowcases hadn’t been changed after the previous guest left. The opaque curtain was too small to block the window completely, so my privacy was compromised. The in‑room phone didn’t work; I had to go down twice to get assistance, and later discovered the line was disconnected at the back of the unit. I tried to reconnect, heard the ringtone, but it still didn’t function unless I was given the wrong code.
