The entire property seemed to be in pristine condition, giving off the impression that it had just been opened.
The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area, with Milford and Takapuna just a short walk away.
The room itself was also top-notch, meeting all my expectations.

“Would definitely return”
The kitchenette had a washing machine and dryer, and the hotel was close to the great restaurant Fantail & Turtle as well as the conference venue. No negatives.

The staff were fantastic and flexible when we asked to extend our stay, always making sure everything was fine and ready to help if we needed anything. Even though the parking was already booked when we wanted to stay longer, they found an easy alternative spot and didn’t charge us for that extra night.
The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful; the room was spotless, parking in the garage was easy, and checking in after hours was smooth. Having a washing machine and dryer in the room was a huge plus, and everything was seamless.

Even though the hotel sits on a busy road, it was quiet, and the front desk reception staff were wonderful, friendly and engaged. The only downside was that the bed felt a bit hard.
