The hotel's Vanya View Point offered an unforgettable experience, with the gentle morning breeze making every moment feel worthwhile. The staff's exceptional behavior was the highlight of my stay, making me feel truly welcome and cared for. However, the facility itself could benefit from some much-needed renovations to bring it up to par.
The hotel's final stretch of road was a harrowing experience, with the route being in a perilous condition. I strongly believe that the hotel should consider closing this section of the road or at least posting clear danger signs to prevent accidents. The lack of a reliable transportation facility made this stretch even more treacherous.
The hotel's staff were the only redeeming quality of my stay, as they were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the room and surrounding area were woefully inadequate for a couple, feeling cramped and claustrophobic.
Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the absence of hot water in the bathroom, which was a major inconvenience and left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.
“Only stay here if you have no other option”
The hotel's picturesque surroundings, complete with tea and coffee plantations, mountains, and a serene lake, made for a breathtaking drive. However, the final stretch of road leading to the hotel was treacherous, and I highly recommend a 4x4 vehicle to ensure a safe arrival. Unfortunately, the hotel's lack of network connectivity and poor Wi-Fi made it easy to get lost, and the staff's limited language skills added to the frustration.
