The mattress wasn't too soft, but when we checked in we had to pay immediately and then ran into trouble getting the bill issued because our names couldn't be added. Even though I had the same room as my colleague, I had to pay over PLN150 more. When I pulled the duvet from my bed it looked used, the hair dryer still had hair from the previous guest, and the toilet seat was broken.

Cleanliness and service were both very high. The hotel restaurant offered coffee and tea for guests, and the food was fresh and tasty :-) The value for money is unquestionable, and I can recommend this hotel without hesitation!
