L'écrin des Vennes - Liège centre

“Ekel, Sauerei, Unverschämtheit, Dreckig”

Nothing about the accommodation appealed to me! Upon arrival it was extremely dirty and filthy 🤮! When I asked the host for help, I was sold on a bad deal and it just can’t be right… 😠 No solution was offered, so we left straight away! That evening we found another hotel room elsewhere! We still haven’t received our money back… 😠 Even though the hotel staff assured us it would be refunded! I would not recommend anyone book this place!

“No entrance”

Niks. We konden niet naar binnen en worden via de telefoon niet geholpen. Weggegooid geld

“Bel écrin”

Excellent value for money, convenient parking not far from the city center. If you’re looking for a constructive critique, a small fridge would be nice.

Very nice area. Good beds. Very noisy, especially the neighboring whirlpool that buzzed and rattled until 4 am. The sauna in the room wasn’t even operational, no notice or information sheet, just a board screwed over the control panel. At the reception you only run into someone by chance; important information isn’t communicated.
