“Overall we are happy with the hotel and if have a chance we prefer to stay again”

Breakfast was wonderful, especially the variety of pastries, and we enjoyed it every morning. The hotel is clean and quiet, with a nice city view. However, the bed and pillows were too soft for our comfort, and the room furniture felt old‑style; the shower area looked modern but offered only a slight contrast, not enough to matter.

The place is charming, immaculate, and located perfectly for walking to lifts, restaurants, and shops, though it is somewhat steep so bring comfortable shoes with good traction. It scores high for a superb European breakfast, hospitality, and cleanliness, and the balconies overlook stunning scenery. The property truly feels like South Tyrol, and the owners and staff are very friendly. A few more towels would have been helpful.
