The kitchenette was a plus, yet the staff were rude except for the Spanish housekeeper and the black American staff, and there was a lot of banging upstairs.

The location was convenient and the room was nice, and Travis and Martin went above and beyond, but the manager Eileen was very unpersonable and rude. After paying for a month, the door keys kept getting turned off, and the policies were inconsistent.

The staff were very personable, helpful, and friendly, and the rooms were comfortable, quiet, and nice, with a stove, desk, and full refrigerator. The rate can be expensive; I spoke with the front desk about discounted rates for longer stays and they might be able to help.
