“Paraíso Terrenal,”

It’s definitely an earthly paradise, tucked into the jungle right by the lagoon, with the only white‑sand beach in all of Bacalar! But for people over 70 or with limited leg mobility, it’s not a hotel for them unless they’re accompanied by a strong adult, since the stairs are steep. If you walk slowly and with help, you can enjoy this paradise. The stair steps to the pool are heavy because of the steep incline, but if you have no leg issues you’ll have no objections—it’s paradise on earth. Wow factor!

The only place with a beach, super quiet. The staff is super friendly, the kitchen is spectacular (better than Bacalar restaurants), perfect for relaxing. The rooms are very spacious. You’re surrounded by nature. Everyone is very accessible. I’d come back again! Everything was amazing.

“Impresionantemente mágico”

It’s practically perfect, a paradise where everything is flawless, not just good but perfect! From the lagoon location, the distance to the airport and to Bacalar’s center, the food is impressive, the service from Buen Erick is incredible! And the facilities—being in the jungle and walking to a lagoon beach feels like a sci‑fi story. The photos don’t do justice; just enjoy it a lot when you go. Everything is fine, haha.

“Ideal para desconectar en medio de la laguna”

Modern room with a super comfy bed and a wide balcony amid nature, ideal for disconnecting. The location was perfect, only 10 minutes from town by car. The private beach was spectacular for enjoying the lagoon and relaxing, with the option to use a kayak that let us see the sunrise—an unique moment. The complimentary breakfast at the restaurant was appreciated, with the option to expand according to the menu at different prices. Both Luis, the manager, and Éric from the restaurant were very kind and attentive. We ate one day and the Tacos de arranchera were VERY RECOMMENDABLE! 🤤 Kayak maintenance could be better. The road to the hotel had some potholes that could be smoothed to make it easier for cars. It’s a shame the restaurant closes at 8 pm. We were dining there!!

Posto incantevole, immerso nella natura e perfetto per godersi la bellezza della laguna. Le camere sono curate nei dettagli, i letti sono grandi e comodissimi, l'atmosfera unica e silenziosa. La struttura ha una spiaggia privata bellissima con acqua cristallina e lettini, amache, kayak a disposizione esclusiva dei residenti della struttura. Il ristorante interno è di ottima qualità e con prezzi onesti. Il personale è sempre sorridente e molto disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Unici consigli per rendere il tutto ancora più ottimale, sono la disponibilità di dispenser di acqua filtrata nelle aree comuni e estendere l'orario del ristorante dopo le 8.00 p.m. Super consigliato!. Niente
