The place had a perfect location, but it was so dirty that the couches were full of crumbs and the bathroom was filthy overall; I will never stay there again for the money. I have stayed in many hotels and found this the worst. Henny at reception was beautiful and I thank her so much for her help; thanks Henny, but I won’t be coming back to stay at Zara.

Breakfast was fine, yet the room felt a bit small and I’d have preferred a balcony. We were surprised to have to carry our bags up the stairs to the 4th floor.
