The vibe and décor were great, and the bathroom felt luxurious. The staff were polite and helpful, but I was disappointed when I discovered the pool was under renovation, even though I had booked early and the listing didn't mention it. The hallways lack an A/C unit, making it swelteringly hot. Breakfast choices and portions were limited, yet “Smiley” made up for it.

The front desk staff were very courteous, including those who served breakfast and housekeeping. The manager was always polite, and I appreciate how they accommodated both me and my family.

The hotel was very comfortable and beautiful. The lunch and dinner prices were a bit high, but that’s understandable if you’re a tourist not worried about spending too much.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, there was a rooftop pool, and the buffet breakfast was lovely. The hotel is close to the town center and surprisingly quiet even though it’s on the main road. It felt cozy, private, and safe.

The Sago hotel is a place you fall in love with. The reception staff are friendly and make sure you’re comfortable, creating a family‑like atmosphere. The rooms are very clean and modern, and the housekeeping staff are friendly and do a great job. Every morning we had breakfast with a choice of Jamaican cuisine or various other options like omelets with different meats or vegan choices. The hotel also has a swimming pool, a gym, and a health spa. It’s just around the corner from the beach and the main life of Ocho Rios. I would recommend this hotel to anyone… 15/10. The only downside was that the ground‑floor room didn’t have a balcony.
