There was a sauna with a pool and a buffet breakfast, but the exhaust leaked.

The location is good and the building looks nice, but the service and everything else are awful. 1. The breakfast is scanty, all dishes are cold, there are no utensils or napkins, only water and tea, no other drinks. 2. The shower in the pool area lacks gel and shampoo. 3. The rooms are poorly cleaned, there is a bad odor; water does not drain from the sink and shower, filling up instead. 4. The internet is bad, even the TV struggles to receive and cannot load YouTube. 5. Service is basically zero, nobody knows anything, staff are not trained. 6. It’s a shame because the hotel isn’t bad; only incompetent people run it, and everything is deteriorating.

It was very cold; we arrived with children, they slept poorly and fell ill.
