The neighborhood was quiet and close to the metro, the Wi‑Fi was good, and the provided equipment was great. The bathroom lighting was automatic and took about 15 minutes to turn off.

They left coffee and infusions, and the staff answered WhatsApp messages quickly. We had an incident with a child vomiting in the bed; they responded fast but didn’t change the sheets until the night, though we were on an excursion that day. The room was dirty: the shower and sink drains didn’t work, the faucet was full of hair and filth that we had to clear ourselves, and another room had used tissues under the bed and a wobbling table with a piece of gum stuck to it. There was a strong damp smell and the common‑area cleaners used a product that smelled like feet.
