The Wi‑Fi must be booked separately. Even though I had breakfast booked for 4 people (2 adults + 2 children), it was only for the adults and not the kids, so everything had to be paid extra.

The location was near shopping and a grocery store like Whole Foods, and the boardwalk was beautiful, clean, and safe for evening walks. I didn’t appreciate the lack of clarity on extra charges, the breakfast—oatmeal $8, cereal over $10—was outrageous. There were torn linens, hair in the bathroom, missing towels, and an extra roll of toilet paper, just to name a few issues. I waited 1.5 hours for a disposable coffee cup because the one in my room was dirty. I switched rooms, and both had problems. I was very unhappy with the building’s cleanliness; discarded food and leftover trays sat on the hallway floor for hours before anyone retrieved them. Marriott needs to make changes if it wants to keep this hotel in the luxury tier.
