The location was good, but I had booked breakfast included and it wasn’t provided. When I asked why, they replied “chef unavailable.”

The place was clean, cozy, comfortable, and the staff polite; breakfast was great and everything else was liked. Everything near the hotel is within walking distance.

The only bright spot was that the staff spoke English, but the rest of the stay was a nightmare: the beds and pillows were unclean, the room itself was dirty and smelly, the carpet was so filthy it felt sticky under bare feet, and the air‑conditioner emitted a foul odor. Breakfast was so poor that after eating a pancake overloaded with soda I developed diarrhea. The manager tried to fix things by changing the sheets and cleaning the room, yet the next day the promised breakfast never appeared.

The only issues were the pasta, the Wi‑Fi, and breakfast.

The rooms were clean and nice, but our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so they gave us two rooms instead and charged us extra.
