The place is in a fantastic spot just two minutes from the main drag, the Seahorse is spotless and fresh, and it offers great value for money. A breakfast option would make it perfect – even a packed‑lunch style continental break‑kfe would do, and we’d happily pay extra for that.

The location is great, within walking distance to everything, and the hotel is very clean overall. The stairs are very steep and numerous, which was expected for a townhouse, and parking was hard to find.

We got there hours before check‑in and the staff let us leave our luggage so we could explore; they were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were big and very clean. Louise was very friendly and the kids loved her – we’ll book again soon. Everything was perfect.
