“Uma experiência horrível.”

I booked a room through the website for a trip to Manaus, and a few days before arrival I was transferred to a different hotel, which was fine at first. The place felt more like a hostel, with shared bathrooms that were endless in mess, and an environment that shouldn’t mix families. Several girls were out all night selling sex, people came and went with drunken men and loud music, and I would never stay here again. I went to enjoy the holiday and relax, but instead I endured embarrassment and stress. The photos online are a different story from reality. From the reception to the bed, everything was terrible. The bed was horrible, and contacting the hotel via WhatsApp was a nightmare—responses took hours and hours.

The bathroom is spacious and the room is comfortable, everything is automated so you just enter and leave the hotel. The air conditioner started dripping in the middle of the night, but it stopped.

The location is good. The space is cramped and you have to share the bathroom.

The location and cleanliness are fine. An employee didn’t make the early check‑in easier, even though he said there would be a training session and that I needed to shower first.
