The room temperature was a hell.

The room was okay, but when we arrived at 16h, an hour after checking in, the room was still not cleaned. I mentioned it here and got no reply. There was a lot of noise, we had to get up early, and it smelled strongly of tobacco.

We enjoyed staying here; everything was clean, pleasant, and communication was easy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. They also provided conveniences for checking in outside the usual hours.
