The hotel was excellent, with the best meals I've ever tasted—food scored 10/10—and the staff were incredibly lovely. The location was inconvenient without a car; it’s not easily reachable and the bus from the port at Balestrand only runs twice a day. The hotel offers a pickup service for an extra fee, so it’s best to arrange that ahead of time.

Everything was great — the location, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the quality of the food, and more. We would have preferred access to an elevator, but knew we’d have to do without one

Un bijou avec une vue incroyable ; que ce soit de la chambre ou de la salle des repas. Personnel gentil et accueillant. Arrêt de bus pour Balestrand juste en face de l'hôtel. Rien

L'emplacement de rêve, mais attention quand on est sans voiture il faut compter 15mn de bus pour la liaison avec Balestrand et il y a très peu de bus le dimanche. L'hôtel propose aussi une navette mais c'est plus cher. Le petit déjeuner inclus est copieux et très varié Bon restaurant Personnel très serviable. Cher, mais on est en Norvège !
