“Highly unprofessional- high risk of cancellation even after receiving a confirmation from Bookings.com”

After arriving, the caretaker staff had no idea about my reservation, and the owner didn’t even check the booking on the app, leaving us with no rooms at all. This unprofessional handling during peak season forced us to scramble and find another place on our own. Even the best properties can become risky when the owner ignores his responsibilities; I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The house manager was constantly nagging and didn’t give us the rooms we had booked; instead, he handed us a different room and told us to leave earlier, even though we had checked in late. Aside from that, everything else at the home stay was pleasant.
