This Three-Bedroom Apartment with Water View features a terrace, patio, and balcony with sea, garden, city, mountain, and pool views. The apartment has a private kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and kitchenware, as well as a private bathroom with a shower, bath, and hairdryer. The room is climate-controlled with heating, air conditioning, and a fan, and offers entertainment options including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and stays connected with free WiFi and a telephone. The apartment sleeps multiple guests and includes amenities such as a sofa, dining table, and children's high chair.

The King Suite with Pool View boasts a distinctive fireplace and benefits from a private entrance. Comprising a living room, a separate bedroom, and two bathrooms - one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bath - this air-conditioned accommodation offers ample space. A kitchenette, complete with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware, enables self-catering. Additional amenities include a washing machine, soundproofing, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a flat-screen television with satellite channels. With two beds, this suite also overlooks the garden.
We had a wonderful stay. The place was spotlessly clean and very well‑organized. A special thanks to Mr. Ali and Mr. Hussein for their warm hospitality—they gave us all the information we needed about local entertainment and services, which made our stay super comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

The property is brand new and everything is very clean, Magdy is a super concierge, he was there upon arrival and handled everything for us. The private Jacuzzi is amazing. We loved the view as well. The only thing is we need to drive to the beach; it is only a few minutes but I wish it were walking distance.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about my experience. While I appreciated the affordable nightly rate of around $120, I felt that the hotel's location was quite far from the city, which made it inconvenient to get around. Additionally, the spa facilities were limited, and I didn't feel like I got the best value for my money, especially since there was no complimentary luggage deposit service.

So nice and clean and the location is priceless. The property manager was very professional in welcoming us and did her best to make sure that our stay was perfect in everything. Our first time in Makadi Heights and definitely won’t be the last.

My stay at this hotel was pleasant, but I did have some suggestions for improvement. The breakfast offerings were okay, but I think it would be great if they could provide more variety, especially for Asian guests who may prefer traditional Oriental dishes. On the other hand, I was a bit disappointed that there weren't more free transportation options, such as tuk-tuks, to help guests get to nearby Layalera without incurring extra costs.
