Very good overall. Staff were excellent . Great bed. Breakfast was good but could have been a little better. Would have been nice to have a hard copy map. Bar was rather expensive

The front desk and housekeeping staff were super friendly. The hotel’s proximity to the markets is convenient, and the area offers a variety of international restaurants. This is the fourth time we’ve chosen this place and we’ll return.

“Buon hotel al centro di Guangzhou”

I stayed in the city center, the breakfast was solid and even had gluten‑free bread, the buffet dinner was good, and the room was spacious and clean with a nice view from the roof. The reception and hallways were freezing, and most staff didn’t speak English except a few at the front desk. We booked half‑board and had to explain the system multiple times, especially at the à‑la‑cuisine restaurant where the staff didn’t understand us. In the end, only the buffet half‑board was worth it, and the décor feels dated.

“Spacious room with a large bathroom at a decent hotel”

The room was very roomy, featuring a large bathroom and a separate walk‑in area for hanging clothes. The location is decent—some restaurants are nearby—but not the best. The staff on the ground floor were very helpful. The room felt a bit old and could use a refurbishment. I had trouble with the door between the hanging area and the room; it got stuck and my friend couldn’t open it, so I had to call for help from the ground floor. The call buttons should be updated because I didn’t know I had to press 0 to request assistance.
