I was impressed by the spotless rooms and the well‑equipped facilities, but the mattress in room 207 was warped.

I arrived around 12 pm after confirming my reservation, even though the check‑in was listed as starting at 10 am and should take about 20 minutes; the phone went unanswered and no one opened the door until finally I was let in, but the place felt unwelcoming and I left after 20 minutes.

The staff was very attentive, especially the person who greeted me.

Everything was clean, the facilities were comprehensive, and having a washer, kitchen, and all the essentials in one place was great.
