I love the food there. The location is excellent. It is the same my expectation. The mountain view from room is exact the same in the picture that I saw. Moreover the weather there is just perfect for me. It was raining and I enjoyed spending my slow day laying down with the sound of the rain. The room is a bit smelly. It is not very bad, but it can be smelled. Additionally, I also concerned a bit about security, specifically is the door because I stayed alone. I think it should be repaired to look strong and secure

It’s a wonderful spot to experience nature and enjoy a peaceful outdoor escape; the park provides a quiet, natural setting ideal for unwinding. No complaints.

The location is beautiful. The rigid panoramic tent concept with a well‑equipped bathroom and toilet is very good, the pool is nicely positioned facing the mountain near the restaurant, and the restaurant service and food quality are commendable. The staff were responsive in trying to find solutions for the rodents and pool cleaning. It’s unfortunate that the tents aren’t inspected regularly, as mice, rats, and other rodents gnawed parts of the canvas and entered the cabin at night, causing real discomfort for a high‑standard accommodation. Additionally, the pool water was green and oily upon arrival, and its daily maintenance needs improvement. We would have liked the lounge mattresses to be set up as soon as the pool opened without having to ask. Towels should be provided in a nearby area so guests don’t have to request them.

“Comfortable”

The resort has a very friendly and calm atmosphere, largely thanks to the staff who were courteous and pleasant to interact with. I felt welcomed right from the start. No issues.
