Shubhim Hotel & Resort MIDWAY TREAT MPT FRANCHISE

Location was good on road. It was too overpriced for the facilities provided. Interiors were cheap of PVC sheets. I went in the month of December no Hot water available in Day or Night. We had to use freezing cold water. Even after paying almost Rs 4500 we had to continuously ask for Hot water. They said they have some centralized hot water system which never worked. They were saying we will provide hot water through bucket, what rubbish. Whole experience got spoiled no peace of mind. Continuously staff was coming opening tap then going back nothing happening. Even no intercom was working. Total scam by putting resort photos waste of money. Manager and General manager were unprofessional, not willing to accept their short comings saying we were ready to give water through bucket

Staff was very helpful and Mr Lalla was extremely helpful Breakfast could have been better with more options Overall we never had expected the resort to be so good We had a pleasant and relaxed stay. Choices of food on ala carte was very limited specially for vegetarians Since the resort is situated on a busy highway one has nowhere to go for dining hence the choices should be better

Nothing. I booked with breakfast at but property says that was not in our place,this type of hiding by is very horrible thay hide the all facilities given to customer,I never come again this property In future and no recommendation to others
