The placement of the room’s equipment was spot on, and I could set the temperature to my liking, making the stay very comfortable. The cleaning machine was especially useful—thanks for that. Personally, the front desk robot in its Halloween costume lifted the mood at the reception. There was only one table, so I struggled to store the many foods I bought elsewhere. The pillow was too firm.

The rooms were very quiet. I enjoyed a nice breakfast that was included. The location was great: trains were just around the corner, and a supermarket was right outside the door. I found the machine for hot water to be difficult to use.

The staff? Tough question—there was a robot in a Halloween costume that greeted me! Checking in was fun. The room was fine—a Korean coffin revived my shirt. Breakfast was substandard, and my view was blocked by a wall about 1 metre away.

The location is convenient (two convenience stores downstairs, and stations on the Nihibiya and Yūrakuchō lines nearby). Self‑check‑in and check‑out are quick and easy, and free breakfast is offered (the scrambled eggs are tasty). The bedside outlet has slightly poor contact.
