The flat was nice, with comfy beds and a big bathroom, but we wished it were a bit cleaner because there were hair strands from previous guests, and a larger fridge with freezer would have been better since the current one only has cooling.

The room is small but very stylish, with a large bathroom and balcony. On the ground floor there's a souvenir shop and a great café. Parking is ample. Supermarkets and a few taverns are nearby. The bed would be about 8 out of 10 (the mattress is a bit soft). A kettle would be nice for making tea or coffee in the room.

“It was a good stay, but things could improve for sure.”

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious at first glance. However, the AC unit was dirty, and we woke up each morning with sore throats for no clear reason, only to discover it was covered in dust. The bed was broken and produced a lot of noise even with slight movement. The shower head holder was damaged, though still usable. The fridge was tiny and had no freezer, which wasn’t a major issue, but the room safe was jammed and unusable for storing belongings. In the evenings there was a strong, unpleasant odor outside; while this is beyond the hotel’s control, it’s something future guests should be aware of.

Good value for money, right next to Mikel Coffee Shop, which made it a convenient stopover after the flight; a single night was perfect. There was no reception desk; check‑in took place at the coffee shop. The staff there were very friendly, but at check‑out there was a slight wait because the coffee shop employees were very busy. Other than that everything went smoothly.

The location was quite good. The ventilation could have been better.
