The location was convenient for getting to the city centre. I emailed asking if parking was available, and the staff said “yes, there are plenty of spaces, outside, and underground as well.” When we arrived, there was literally no parking, all full. We eventually found an underground spot through a third‑party provider after talking with the Novotel team.

I stayed in a clean, modern hotel with comfy beds and plenty of storage, so I'll book with the same group again. The only downside was that the screen in the room was opaque and not great.

I liked the room and the dinner was nice for adults; breakfast was great. The swimming pool and sauna were excellent, and the staff did their jobs well, though they weren't especially warm. The kids’ fish fingers were inedible and not really fish; they’re cheap but not worth it. My daughter’s locker wouldn’t open, causing a bit of delay and frustration, and getting an Uber to the door was a hassle.
