Vista Pro mar! The hotel no longer gives the attention to guests as it should. Food always comes cold! The electric shower doesn't work. Breakfast is very weak and everything is cold! The staff are unprepared.

The spot is gorgeous—like Greece in Ceará, everything spotless, and the breakfast buffet is fantastic with loads of choices. I did notice the electric shower was scorching at first, but a staff member helped me dial it down.

The location and overall setup are great. However, I had to switch rooms three times because the key fobs kept shocking me, the beds were awful and uncomfortable, the sheets didn’t match, and the pool area was filthy on the weekend. The waiters were terrible, only caring about day‑use guests.
