The room smelled damp and one of the two elevators didn’t work during the 5 days I stayed; the breakfast variety was lacking.

The hotel was good and well‑located, close to shopping, stores, and restaurants. The staff were very attentive, especially Carla and Isabela, who were very helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was standard American. The parking was very small; if you arrive at night you have to keep looking for a spot. Another point that needs improvement is a sign indicating the hotel on the main road, just like the other nearby hotels, which would make it easier to find.

Location, value for money, and staff friendliness were all good, but the breakfast timing and weekday menu were disappointing.

The spot is well placed for all directions, but the housekeeping is inconsistent—some days the rooms get cleaned and fixed, other days they don't.

The location is great and the bedroom is spacious, yet at that instant one of the elevators was out of service.
