The location was excellent and the managers were extremely helpful. The bathroom smelled like a sewer.

The spot is close—just a few hundred meters from the highway exit—and the area is quiet. The room was clean, the parking was in a private courtyard, and the host was present and helpful. The Wi‑Fi signal was very weak.
