We stayed in Paarl and were upgraded to a Terrace Suite—a lovely surprise that was spacious for our 4‑night stay. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the room was beautifully decorated. On arrival, we received a complimentary bottle of wine, a welcome cocktail, and a sweet treat in the room because it was my husband’s birthday. The breakfast options were excellent and served in a beautiful location with stunning views at the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately we didn’t get to eat in the restaurant, but room service was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, with nice amenities. At checkout, we also received two bottles of water presented in a lovely GR bag. There is nothing bad to say.

We exceeded our expectations: the room was upgraded, and everything felt 5‑star—room service, food, views/location, and comfort.
