The location was convenient, just a short walk from Providence Place, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, but we wish there had been a pool on site.

The location was excellent, but the breakfast being moved to Starbucks didn’t convince me at all. The front desk was not very helpful, and there were no quarters for washing clothes. The snacks were outrageously expensive, and going out at night near the door was also quite difficult.

David Alvarado, the manager, was outstanding! We stayed at the Marriott Courtyard Downtown because it was convenient for our ice hockey tournament, and David arranged for our whole group to use the common area for a team‑building get‑together. Parents and players bonded—sometimes one person can make or break a team. David Alvarado and his team helped us a lot. Thank you. The housekeeping didn’t clean the room unless we reminded them.
