I usually stay in cheap places around Nishinari and near the zoo, so I thought this new Kisaragi might be similar, but it turned out to be amazing—luxurious, quiet, and super convenient with a supermarket, greengrocer, sushi shop, bakery, and the station nearby. The building is two stories, so there’s no elevator; carrying my luggage up the stairs was a bit risky. Also, the faucet handles are hard to grip and stiff, making it hard to get water or hot water, especially for older folks or when your hands are soapy—switching to lever or knob faucets would be better.

Being on a shopping street means you’re never short of food, but there were quite a few small dead insects around, and the ventilation fan was noisy.

“Clean, easy, great”

Clean, easy access, quick and nice response from the staff, good location, and very quiet! A quick walk from the train station, and everything you need is right there. It has all the basics you need. The room is small, but very clean and very good for the price.
