The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Duomo, surrounded by bars, venues, and a variety of shops. The house is cute, featuring an industrial style. The bathroom is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. We found more pillows and blankets available. A nice perk was the coffee machine and a small supply of capsules. The apartment is a loft with a large mezzanine where the bed sits and a small closet. The staircase is steep with narrow steps, making it risky to descend at night. Also, at the foot of the stairs you have to watch the mezzanine beam to avoid bumping your head. In the bathroom, the cupboard is dangerous because it sits above the sink and has a sharp corner right over the tap. The worst part is the building entrance, which doesn’t feel secure: from the lobby and the stairs you enter several winding corridors whose ends are unclear. Then, accessing the apartment on the first floor without an elevator isn’t convenient, especially with heavy luggage. Finally, the cleaning left to be better: we found dust on the mezzanine floor and some areas of the living room; the bathroom and shower were not very clean.
