Cercanía al malecón y precio. 1. Aseo: el baño de la habitación no estaba en funcionamiento porque se había tapado. Nos dieron un baño de afuera que estaba sucio. - Esa situación no fue avisada con antelación a llegar al sitio 2. Comodidad: el colchón de las camas estaba muy blando 3. Habitación: no había muchos enchufes para cargar cosas. Solo dos (uno de ventilador y otro que se pudo usar para el cel) 4. Administración: la comunicación con la dueña/administradora fue muy mala. Pésima resolución de conflictos. Presentado el inconveniente con el baño, nos rebajó el precio de la habitación pero nos pedía cancelar la reserva de booking y aún así pagarle directamente, sin tener en cuenta que la aplicación nos cobraba un cargo por cancelación
