“True Italian countryside experience”

A very cozy house away from the city and noise, perfect for completely winding down. The pool is amazing! It was a little cold in mid‑September, which was expected. Water pressure in the bathrooms was great. With daily temperatures around 28 °C and night temperatures around 18 °C, the house stayed nice and cool without any A/C. The little kitchenette had all the amenities needed to cook some great homemade Italian meals. The furniture was very old, but that was expected from the pictures. The beds and pillows were incredibly hard.

A truly pleasant experience! The staff was super kind, helpful, and always smiling, ready to meet every need. We felt welcomed and at home right away. The property was well cared for, the atmosphere calm, and the service impeccable. Definitely a place to return to and one we gladly recommend!

Peace and paradise condensed into one place; it was exactly what I was looking for: immersed in the Tuscan hills, yet with all the villages to visit within reach and unbeatable value for money. If you prefer a breakfast service included, Wi‑Fi, plenty of soaps, shower gel, towels, this isn’t the place for you; you’ll get just the basics, nothing more, nothing less, but you’ll never know what you’re missing.
