The hotel sits just a 5‑minute walk from Kenting Main Street, and the rooms are spotless. The staff were friendly, the property has its own beach where my kids played happily, and I’ll definitely come back.

Location is great, short walk to night market and the beach. Love it. The room was not entirely 100 % clean, the curtains had stains on them and the floor was dirty when wiped with a wet cloth. I still enjoyed it though

“A brief getaway to get some sun and do some swimming”

I was happy to find the hotel right next to the beach, which made everything so convenient.

“入住山景家庭房，窗簾拉開只看到橘色建物沒景色可言，早上房裡就傳來油耗味，一度以為是自己買的食物，但隔天還是一樣（沒買食物），房外走道雖然有空氣清淨機但是一直滿水狀態，還要自己去倒不然走道也是菸臭味，早”

The hotel is close to the main street, the staff are courteous, and the bathroom’s dry‑wet separation works well. However, I booked the Mountain View Family Room and the curtains were open but blocked by a building, so there was no view. The room smelled of oil in the morning and that smell persisted the next day. The hallway outside also carried a cigarette odor. Breakfast was decent but nothing special, and there were a few mishaps: sauce labels were wrong, the vegetarian section mistakenly included a “non‑vegetarian cut package,” the beach area had been noticeably reduced, and there were many pieces of driftwood left behind.
