I liked having a private entrance to room 10. Everything else was fine, but I would have preferred dishes and cutlery in the room in addition to the glasses. Because the entrance to room 10 is separate, it would be more comfortable than having to go to a shared kitchenette with another entrance.

I usually don't write reviews, but this strange situation forces me to speak up. The "Alfred" system forces you to enter sensitive data—including fingerprints and document scans—right at the beginning, with no alternative check‑in method, even for a two‑night stay. The owner never answers the phone during check‑in hours, and after a single email reply (which seemed automated) there was no further contact. The property description misleads you into thinking there is a reception desk. The staff couldn't care less whether guests actually get into their rooms. Meanwhile, the "Alfred" system stopped working before the check‑in window closed, so we had to find other accommodation. Naturally, we were still charged for the unused stay (over 100 euros).

The arrival and departure instructions were clear, everything was clean and comfortable, and the location is good—quiet but close to the center. The value for money is great.

Snídaně? Do mailu jste mi napsali, že nejste schopni je zajistit.nechápu bistro otevřené od 6.30 h bez lidí. Nedostatečné označení penzionu,bez názvu,daleko větší je reklama na fitko, jiný penzion a nazev firmy než název penzionu,ten nebyl žádný jen na velkém bilbordu v textu zapadlý nazev bistra ,,Dilna,, prošla jsem kolem něj poprvé absolutně bez povšimnutí ☹️
